What about Keith Andrews?

It is, but again, I would sort of rate Keith Andrews.

Obviously, he's a young manager.

He's only really had this one major posting as the manager.

He's been involved in a few coaching sort of scenarios and setups behind the scenes.

But we would often say about a manager, you know, are they burned out?

Well, he's not burned out because he's only just started.

Have they got Premier League experience?

Well, he's got Premier League experience.

Not, I give you, at a massive club, but

Alex Ferguson, Aberdeen, I know they'd won European titles and things like that.

But the structure of going from Aberdeen to Manchester United, they're very different in terms of the volume of the work, the scale of the club.

So there might be something in an appointment like that.

I also think when I look at Keith Andrews, he plays fantastic football.

I mean, again, well, Manchester United are drawing 2-2 on Wednesday night.

And all of the other top teams are maybe at best getting a draw of a game against teams they should be beating.
