And the implication from what I made some calls on it from what I heard was they actually want the league to do like a player participation policy investigation.
which normally that's like when a team is holding out a player and everyone kind of agrees what's going on.
This would be like a hostile player participation policy, like medical investigation to see if he's healthy.
Doc Rivers said last night, he's not healthy.
He's not cleared to play.
It's one of the more bizarre situations

And how do you read it?
Yeah, I said two days ago, or maybe it was last week, whenever Eric Naim at The Athletic first broke the story that Giannis and the Bucks were at odds about him playing or not, I was like, this just feels to me like a player trying to manufacture a narrative that the team is the bad guy and this is why I'm leaving.
And now I feel that even more strongly than I did then.
I just think this has all gotten so dumb.
Like, really just dumb.
Ridiculous.
Because the Bucs probably should have traded Giannis 18 months ago.
I understand why they didn't.
He's only 31 years old and he's a top five player in the NBA.
I get it.
Like your team is sunk without him for an indefinite period of time.
