We're still relatively small.

There were four of us who were full-time in Cleveland.

Myself, Mike, Corey, Steven, two software engineers.

We have a couple designers that have been with us since day one, and then a handful of other folks that are

you know, doing some things, uh, here, there, but, uh, as far as full time, you know, we're still relatively small.

Uh, it should be scaling out here pretty soon, you know, adding some, you know, some new engineers to the team, um, and, you know, anticipate towards, you know, the middle to, you know, end of this year, you know, we should, you know, scale even more.

So I'm pretty active on Instagram and my Instagram handles Brian with an I underscore Vern.

Oh, nothing too much.

I just, uh, that's probably my most active, you know, platform where I, you know, post, you know, fairly regularly.

And that, I mean, that's, that's, uh, yeah, not to give away too many of our secrets, but, but, uh, Instagram is, is essentially the basis of our business and how we grow our community.

Um, and so we're really, really active.

I'm really active personally, you know, engaging with our users, whether it's in comments or direct messages, um,

Uh, no, not, nothing too much in particular.

I read a lot and I like to stay, you know, in tune with, with, with, with what's going on and, uh, whether it's reading or just meeting with, with folks, I think you can learn, learn a lot of different things and you, you know, you take it all with a grain of salt, but I wouldn't say that there's like one individual that I really have looked up to or that, you know, I'm really following at this point in time.
