These people haven't got a product that's universally accepted enough with a high enough profit margin that people are going to go there and buy, flock there and buy.

There's a lady right downtown here in our farmer's market on Saturday morning sold little pies, right?
They were really good pies.

So what'd she do?
She rented space at $50 a square foot, spent a quarter of a million dollars in build-out costs to sell $5 pies.
Do you know how many pies you got to sell to cover rent?
That's a lot of pies.

And guess what happened?
She didn't make it.
Don't strap on $5,000 a month in rent and a quarter million build-out costs on a $5 pie.
Those numbers don't work.
She should have stuck with the farmer's markets.

And yeah, your OpEx is going to outweigh, you'd have to sell like 300 pies a day.
I promise you're not going to sell 300 pies a day.
In the old days, I would say you need to go find a consultant, coach, or mentor.
When I say the old days, that was like two years ago.
