This active shooter was a 40-year-old from Burton, Michigan.

They obviously know the identity of this individual, and now the investigation will begin as it pertains to the motive.

But this all started at 1025 this morning when that 40-year-old man was shot.

rammed his vehicle through the front doors of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

He immediately exited that vehicle and began shooting using an assault rifle.

And that is when two officers actually responded to the scene, engaged in a firefight with that suspect, and they shot and killed that man.

But unfortunately, 10 people were shot.
