What is something that is in your current life, within your current self, that's not there?
Maybe it's a person.
Maybe it's a bad habit.
Maybe it's someone who you really need to cut out.
Maybe it's something that you really need to cut out.
What would the summer version of myself not tolerate?
I think that's such a great way to set boundaries within yourself and to really open your eyes to be like, wow, almost everything in my life could be perfect if it weren't for this one thing.
Of course, perfect doesn't exist, but it could be a little more intentional and
and easy.
So really focusing on creating a strong image of who you want to be and know this isn't just about Pinterest boards or identifying with a certain aesthetic, but it really is about having a clear vision of the kind of life that you want to live and what intentions live behind it.
The next step is to reset.
This is one of my favorite steps and I'd say the most fun and fulfilling.
This is when you get to almost entirely
recreate every aspect of your life, even if it's just not in the physical quite yet, even in your head.
And oftentimes you'd be like, how am I gonna reset my entire life?
How am I gonna make everything different?
You'd be surprised that when you look and reflect on what you wanna recreate and reset, how many things actually can be changed today.
Number one thing you want to reset is your habits.
We are going to work on habit simplification because I know so many of you, especially if you've been stuck in the glow up brain rot loop, you might be trying the craziest habits.
You might one week be trying to do a 75 hard type B and then the next week you might want to be doing a phone fast for the entire week, but then you get back on your phone for the entire week and you're just back at 72 hours of screen time.
