No babes, we're all overstimulated and it's making us not hot.
Overstimulation blocks glow ups, scientifically, metaphorically, in all the ways.
Number one, like your stress levels, your cortisol, it will never be low.
It will always be spiked.
So long as we are taking in this
high influx of information that we definitely do not need.
We are intaking videos and videos and videos, the short form content and the need for instant gratification and validation.
It is destroying you.
It is destroying your confidence.
The most magnetic thing is to be calm and to be slow.
None of us are ever those things when you are addicted to your phone, when you are needing constant stimulation at all times.
So my challenge for you is to be silent.
We've talked about some physical things.
We've talked about some mental things, some perspective shifts.
This is going to completely shift your energy and make you magnetic if you can learn how to be confident in the quiet and still in the slow.
A few simple practices I love that my life has genuinely transformed and I feel like my demeanor has transformed.
Again, ever since just practicing silence in the morning, even in my car rides, guys, I might sound crazy to some of you.
No music.
No music or at least maybe a podcast or something more intentional than just random music or at least worship music just being more intentional.
with how I spend my mornings, and going the first hour at least of every single morning without going on my phone has changed the game for me.
