It has made my stress levels lower, which therefore makes everything hotter.
Your hormones are more balanced, which means your skin will look better, you'll be less inflamed, your attitude, your mood will be better, your energy will be better.
If you can just figure out how to slow down, de-stress, and be more present instead of needing constant stimulation.
And something that's completely changed within me as of lately is being able to have intentional rest without guilt.
I used to never be able to allow myself to relax or achieve true genuine rest without feeling like there were a million other things I should be doing.
If you want to actually be hot, it's not that you need to add more into your routine.
It's that you need to slow down so your soul can catch up to your body, if that makes sense.
Like, yeah, you can do all the things, follow all the glow-up tips that you hear on TikTok, but if you don't slow down to actually let yourself catch up, you will eventually get burnt out and then you will have to start all over from point A. So my encouragement to you is to let yourself be slow and to actually practice it.
No matter how badly you want it, you will never be able to do it all in a day.

could just say so much about how much i've learned about time and balance and prioritizing things that really matter in a day so let me know if you guys want that episode because i could go on and on and on i've been doing no phone sundays and just honoring the sabbath in that way and i freaking love it you guys i feel like i actually for once can achieve true rest and that's when my body can just relax and i feel like i never look or feel better than i do after a good no phone sunday reset
But I overall need you to know that it's not that you need a new life.
You need a life that reflects who you are becoming.
This isn't you playing some part or putting some costume on or a facade.
This is you stepping into a version of yourself that you are already destined to be.
You just have to align yourself with that version of you.
And I think that's why so many people's goals and glow-ups are temporary and short-term.
It's because they see themselves as playing a part or doing something for a lot of period of time.
But if you're able to rewire your perspective and decide that you are just the kind of person who does these things and you reset your habits and your routines to be someone who is aligned with the highest version of you,
That is when it will last.
