And that will bring me to our final pillar, which is repeat.
Repeat is where the discipline comes in.
It's where the routines come in.
So yes, you've asked yourself what your highest version of yourself will do, maybe what their day looks like, what their room looks like, what their job looks like.
So now it's time to put it into action.
And the repeat is important because it's not saying perfection.
It is not saying I will do it perfectly every single time, but it's saying I will repeat it even if I mess up, even if I break the streak, even if I fall short, I will keep going.
Because remember, this is not some short-term challenge.
This is an identity shift.
We're not quitting if we mess up because this is actually who I am.
I'm not doing some all or nothing challenge.
If I go to sleep with a messy room one night,
That doesn't mean I'm a complete slob and I can't take care of anything that I own.
You can still be that girl.
You're just that girl and human.
You're just that girl who maybe slips up once or twice every now and then, but that doesn't mean that you aren't still her.
And so in order to allow change, yes, we need consistency and that is so important to stick to those goals, but we also need forgiveness because if you aren't able to recover and move forward, if you just slip up one day,
then it's not an identity shift.
It's a challenge or a habit that you are failing at.
But if you are able to bounce back from it, that is how it's actually going to last and that's how you're going to become unrecognizable long term and not just for a short period of time.
