of the best possible case scenario.
Now, I know anxiety runs so deep in so many of us these days and it's easy to think of everything that's going to go wrong, but I don't want you to be that person who is always afraid, who is always just nervous, who doesn't believe in themselves.
I want you to be the person who is so enthusiastic about every single room they walk into because they know they are bringing something to the table.
I used to be so afraid.
Like, for example, I always use this one that going to influencer events by myself when I first got invited to them, I would be so nervous.
And of course, everyone gets a little social anxiety now and then, but you kind of have that, oh, I'm not going to know anyone.
No one's going to talk to me.
And then now I walk into the room and I'm like, you know what?
Even if no one did talk to me, who cares?
Like, I'm going to make the most of it.
I'm going to have fun.
And I'm here for a reason.
So just knowing that
things can go right for you i feel like so many people they ruminate on what will go wrong in the situation and that automatically is of course going to make you enter the situation with less confidence with less magnetic energy but when you are able to know that okay when i enter a room i know i'm meant to be there i know that i bring so much to the table i know that i am worthy i know that i don't need validation from anyone else
That is where true confidence comes from.
It's hard to execute certain things or feel certain emotions if you can't even view them in your head.
Studies show that when you visualize, you are activating neural pathways that are similar to the ones of when you are actually in action, which will boost your performance and your confidence.
So just know that when you are visualizing, it can be productive.
Your mindset quite literally shapes how people perceive you.
And so if you want to be hot, make sure you put the energy into your mindset.
