See your average times per day that you pick up your phone.
You can actually comment what your screen or how many times you pick up your phone.

I think it's just pickups in your settings.
Everyone comment right now.
Comment your screen time and comment how many times you pick up your phone.
And then what we're going to do is after this episode, we are going to come back in a week
And you are going to reply to yourself the difference, okay?
Comment right now what your screen time and how many pickups you have per day.
And then next week, set a reminder on your phone right now.
Set the reminder, add it to your calendar.
Next week, at this very moment, you are going to come back and you're going to tell me the difference.
And that's how confident I am in the fact that I'm going to drop some knowledge for you, drop some perspective for you that will make you completely rethink your relationship between you and your phone.
And I think that's the number one issue is that there shouldn't be a relationship.
