There will always be a lack and just focusing on living a balanced lifestyle and one that's not solely focused on only self-improvement, right?
That's all I want to do.
That's all I want to focus on is bettering myself physically and mentally and only that.
Also allow time for you to slow down and enjoy time with friends and family.
Also have time to exercise your faith in your relationship with God.
Also have time to prioritize just having fun and following your passions or your hobbies.
Being able to find a balance between your social life, your work life, your self-love, that is going to build sustainable relationships.
noticeable presence just being that person who has it more balanced and together instead of the person who is sporadically everywhere and isn't able to keep up with their glow up goals or the routines that they're trying to follow or the diets that they're trying to implement you will not be able to sustain any of those things if you don't have balance in your life and so recognizing that this new lifestyle this new hot girl routine is not just something that's a challenge it's
It's a new way of living that you're implementing it and you're not doing it to only achieve a certain outcome or appearance.
It's to genuinely feel better and live in a way where you know that you are hot, confident, magnetic because you do these things and you don't need a certain result in order to achieve it.
Something that really helps me stay organized and balanced is keeping a planner.

I used to post me writing in my planner on my Instagram stories and stuff and everyone was like,
what planner is this or how do you do it and so i decided to make one for you guys and it's the exact structure that i use i like it because it has intentional prompts at the beginning of each month year and week but it also is totally open for you to plan your own to-do list and whatever structure that you like best for the week or the month and it truly does just help me be intentional with my decisions i'm making with the actions where i'm giving my time because
