So set what your anchors are.
Maybe it's a certain amount of sleep.
Sleep is a great anchor to place.
Sunlight is a huge one.
I feel like so many people don't realize the impact that sunlight has on our mood, our serotonin levels, our cortisol levels.
It helps so much with balancing the circadian rhythm.
Maybe if you can do nothing all day, not even wash your face or brush your teeth, go sit outside.
You don't have to do anything.
You can go in your pajamas.
You can bring a blanket.
You can just lay on the grass and just exist.
But do it outside.
Movement is also a huge one, okay?
I'm not asking you to go run a marathon.
I'm not asking you to actually climb that Mount Everest we were speaking of.
I'm not asking you to go to the gym and lift heavy weights.
I'm asking you, just move.
Walk a lap around your neighborhood.
Walk a lap or two around your kitchen island.
