Whatever is the goal that you want to have for yourself, but think of a way that you are going to just get yourself up.
When I'm at rock bottom, my bed is my home, okay?
It doesn't feel like a fun thing to do, to get up and move your body, but when you do,
you feel so much better afterwards.
I would put money on it.
If you are at rock bottom right now and you are dreading moving your body, I will literally put money on the fact that you will feel better if you go move your body in some way.
Another essential
is nourishing food and water.
Water is huge.
I was feeling rock bottom recently and even the task to go downstairs and fill up my water bottle when I ran out seemed impossible.
You know what I did?
I brought a gallon of water up to my room so that there is truly no excuse.
I cannot say, I'm just so burnt out.
I'm so rock bottom that I can't even drink water.
No.
It's right next to your bed, a whole gallon.
Enough to last you a whole day, okay?
No excuses, truly.
Also, nourishing food.
I know it can be hard to find the energy to actually make a full meal, but it helps to have some ingredients around.
