Maybe that you can just put together a nice little nourishing bowl with some of your favorite snacks.
Maybe just grab some fruit, some veggies.
I honestly really could not find the energy to cook or make anything, prepare anything at all when I'm at rock bottom.
So I treat myself to a little DoorDash or food delivery of some sort.
And you know what?
It helps because I know I try to be stubborn and be like, no, I'm only eating from home.
I'm not wasting my money on that.
But the truth is you need to eat.
You cannot feel, think, speak, function properly if you are not eating.
So maybe consider if you have the means, treating yourself to a little treat delivered to you if you don't have the energy to make it at home.
Focus on the things that will get you 1% better every single day.
Yes, even if that is just taking a few steps, that is improving yourself, okay?
Let yourself go forward even if it is just a baby step instead of sliding back.
