Next thing you know, it's been hours.
And again, I say this because I am guilty of it.
So...
One thing that would be a crazy experiment to do, and I haven't done it yet, but next time you're scrolling, if you can't stop, count your scrolls.
Count how many times you scroll.
And like, it's crazy.
I literally feel like it's a drug.
It's like, just another video, just another video.
And
oh guys there are so many better things that you could do with your life something that has changed my need for my phone and my productivity levels it is so important and that is to go at least bare minimum the first hour of your day without your phone do not
I want you to fight every single urge within you.
Do not pick up your phone when you wake up.
You are going to wake up and you are going to not touch your phone.
You could read your Bible, read your book, write in your journal, your planner.
Go downstairs, make your food, your breakfast.
Not me assuming that everyone has it downstairs.
Go make your food or your breakfast.
Go drink some water.
Make your tea.
