Whatever it is you need to do, just remember that rock bottom is not just a place where all your hopes and dreams go to die.
It is where they are built from the ground up.
Sometimes we need a new perspective in order to see where we want to go from here.
Being at rock bottom gives you the perfect point of view to decide how you're going to go up from here.
We all need to start moving before we feel ready.
I know it can feel timid.
I know you could be like, everything is so bad right now.
How am I gonna possibly take another risk?
Well, the good news is if you are actually at rock bottom, you've got nothing to lose.
Why not put yourself out there?
Why not choose to try again and start fresh another day?
So try the new routine.
put yourself out for applying for the new job start a new hobby learn something new take a risk because there is nothing to lose and you have no idea that this step might be the leap of faith you needed to get you right back on track or even better than you were doing before because the truth is your life does not just change from thinking differently it changes from moving differently and so implementing these mindsets but also having the actions to move along with it
you will be back on track in no time.
And rock bottom really does become a turning point because you start seeing situations differently.
You start looking for validation less.
