Our bodies are made of water, therefore they need water and they need hydration.
I want you guys to imagine like your cells are like drying out.
They are shriveling up and every time you chug water, you are just giving them new life.
You are revitalizing them.
They are glowing and they are so happy and moisturized and hydrated.
That's what you need to do, okay?
I know it sounds so simple, but quite literally, drinking water, eating smart,
and paying attention to what your body needs will make you so much more confident.
