And we're also going to dive into like what makes a confident person, why is it so beneficial and how we are going to create confidence that actually lasts.
And so why should we want to be confident?
It is a tool.
Because if I asked you to reflect right now on the amount of time and energy you wasted on being the opposite of confident, of being insecure, of living in constant comparison, of living in fear, anxiety, letting your overthinking take control over your mind,
How many hours, days, months have you wasted on that?
For me, it's many, many.
And then now, if I could just go back and if I could have implemented this mindset sooner, I would have saved myself so much time, so much hurt, so much pain, so much anxiousness.
If I would have just let myself, allowed myself to feel confident in my own skin instead of feeling the need to appear as someone else or to make sure everyone likes me or worrying about how I looked or what people would think, it's a waste of time.
You should want to be confident because it truly does make life easier.
When you see a confident person, I want you guys to think of a confident person you know, and it feels like they just kind of breeze through life and everything goes their way.
It's not because they live a better life than us.
It's because they are more receptive to accepting the good in their lives.
When you are living constantly assuming the worst of yourself, assuming that people are judging you, assuming that people aren't going to like you, assuming that you're going to mess up, assuming that something's going to go wrong, you are living in fear and you are attracting fear.
the worst.
If you assume the worst, you attract the worst.
We get more of what you focus on.
So focus on the good.
When you are living in a state of anxiety, in a state of insecurity, you are living in a state of lack and what we focus on multiplies.
