Like, I'm the last person you probably want running your hotel.
And she told me that I've shown her grit and determination and that she trusted me 100% to run her parents' business.
Regardless of what I had done in my past, it didn't matter.
She knew I was going to go far, and she wanted to give me the opportunity to do it.
And I remember looking at her, I said, is your dad okay with this?
And she goes, I'll talk to him.
But she believed in you.
And having somebody believe in you is everything.
Absolutely everything.
And I believed in her, too.
I believed that she could find her own path.
