I would just say I hope you have someone around you that you can confide in because it's not something you should take on your own and it's not something you should have to ever go through alone either.

And if not, that there are places out there that are willing and accepting and ready to hear what you have to say and what you're going through and be there for you.

And you're not alone.

I know you get in your head and you think that you're the only one that feels this way, but you're not.

There are so many other people who have or will or did feel the way that you have felt in this very moment and that there are people around ready to help.

You just have to look and find.

I feel like we have lots of good conversations because we spend so much time together.

But I think one of our most recent ones that has been really eye-opening for me would probably be the one that we have pretty often, actually.

We always talk about if one of us dies, what would we do?

And I think my favorite thing that he says that he would do if I were to die before him is he would turn me into a necklace and into a diamond necklace and wear me with him every day of his life moving forward.

I think my lesson would probably be just to keep living a impactful relationship with him where our love never fades and moments never go dull and we keep having hard conversations even when we don't want to.

because in the end it just makes us stronger.
