And it looks like they have had some nominal investment, which also might be part of what triggered them to file a rate case to come in and seek recovery.

We've got the number of connection information.

So this shows, over that three-year period again, how many connections they've been serving.

So they have seen some nominal growth.

I wouldn't say a whole lot of growth.

One of the things I'll just point it out, because when I saw it, 428 connections seemed a little bit off.

It's currently just subtotaling that three-year period, so we'll have to do some work on cleaning that up a little bit.

Long-term, the plan is to have this information not only at the company level, but for the different systems that they have.

And I believe Park just has the one public water system that they're operating under, but for the larger utilities.

As you heard from EPCOR and Arizona Water today, they have upwards of 20 different systems they operate.

So you'd be able to break down the information at a system level.

As part of this process, we collaborated with our sister agency, ADEQ, and they've been gracious enough to provide us on a monthly basis some water quality data.

It was very detailed information that they provided, so we had the engineers go through and kind of categorize the information to give us a high-level picture.

And like I said, it's updated monthly, so we do have some 2026 data.

I would say for 2025, it's likely that there were no contaminants or issues that were identified through DEQ's testing process.

As you can see, there were some corrosion issues, some inorganic radiological chemical issues, microbial and disinfection issue, and then the regulatory rules and notices are more of what we would loosely call paper violations.

So maybe they just missed a deadline in submitting a test or didn't do the annual customer outreach that they're supposed to do.
