But when it comes to the formula rates, we are a proposing adoption of a POA plan of administration.
similar to what's in the Liberty Litchville Park case, but specific to Bermuda circumstances.
And we believe that the the plan of administration for the formula rates.
addresses many of staff's concerns that we had through this proceeding.
But also s establishes a mechanism that staff can actually assist with implementing once we get to the point where Bermuda starts filing requests for formula rate adjustments.
