In my mind, I think the more appropriate way to address it would be let's see how formula rates function in Arizona.

Let's use actual data that we have after formula rate's been implemented because we'll be able to build

I think better data because we're gonna be auditing the information every year that formula rates requested.

So we're gonna have cleaner data as a result.

And I think it's at that point in time where we can do that type of analysis and say, Okay, over the last five years for Bermuda.

And if it's twenty five basis points below the authorized, they're not gonna implement any adjustment through the formula rate mechanism.

So to me that that would indicate that the original return was sufficient to provide them the opportunity to to make the authorized revenue requirement.

Um so I I don't think we'll be within that twenty five base percentage.
