Like, you want them to say, whatever.
We can't fire because you have too many skills.
Okay, gone are the days where it's okay to just be an on-air person, just be somebody who writes, just be somebody who goes on the radio.
I think nowadays coming up, you wanna hone as many of those tools as you can and skills as you can, because that's gonna make you more hireable and it's gonna make you like ultimately hard to fire.
So I think those are things nowadays that you need to look at.
If you're getting into sports, you need to evaluate like, are you okay missing happy hours, birthdays, weddings?
social events.
Like, are you okay with that?
Because this is an awesome job, but there is a lot of things that you have to give up.
I have a three and a one-year-old.
There are a lot of things that you have to miss and you have to be okay with that and you have to love it.
And the second you don't love it is the second you need to get out of the business.
So those are things that I always kind of like tell people to keep in mind as they're going through it.
And also shadow.
Like I have people a couple times a year that come with me to a game.
