We're getting better at orchestrating.
But it feels like there's a a glass ceiling here in some respects where I can't orchestrate.

That ceiling might be an 80% solution.
It might be a 90% one, but it doesn't matter how much inference or compute I throw at it.
I don't believe that we can get to a place where we can guarantee the types of results people want.
Unless there's some way to document what success looks like.
And this is the place that my mind keeps getting stuck is we need this review layer.
But when I look at engineers, they have so much success because their work streams are effectively more linear.
They have processes that make it easier for the system to know what success looks like when there's code.
There's tests that they can run.
When we're talking about writing documents, creating designs, any of this stuff, there's no interpretive
layer or knowledge base that decides what good is.
And that's why I think in many respects I keep coming back to this place of we need reviewers.
We need these virtual reviewers that act on our behalf, that act on the behalf of our clients, our bosses, our design leads, our writing leads, our engineer leads.
I do want to challenge people listening here to recognize that engineers have such higher
outputs and outcomes because their work flows are much more structured.
Yeah, their their problems are big and broad, like knowledge workers.
So just imagine for an executive how they would look
at a dashboard, they interpret things completely different than five other executives would.
