And in order to find the right location for the tenant, the first step in the process is site selection, which means they need someone to help them find the real estate.

And that's where we come in.

So we specialize in site selection for this product type.

And a lot of it is driven by the tenant.

So a lot of times the tenant, whoever it is, say Chase Bank or McDonald's, will tell that developer or the broker that, hey, we need a location.
