The developer, one of the developers, Blake Yanta said, we had no problem with them being there doing what they did, but we had a real problem with them shooting bullets into our property.
So it's like, and then the gun club of course denies all of the allegations.
70 years, there was no evidence.
Anyone, you know, was injured, no accidents.
And they're saying that the allegations were greatly exaggerated.

So the courts take over, they issue a temporary restraining order in December of 24, all shooting activities get halted.

And that continued as this thing was going to trial.
Trial was scheduled for May of 2026, just last month.
