Dr.
Schubiner is an internist and a clinical professor at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and has authored more than 100 publications in scientific journals and books.
He lectures regionally, nationally, and internationally and is the author of three books, including his most recent book called Unlearn Your Pain: The Science of Recovering from Chronic Pain, Fatigue, Anxiety, and Depression.

When I picked up your book and r started reading the foreword, and I saw your references to Dr.
Sarno, who wrote about back pain.
That book about 10 years ago was the answer to my back pain problems.
I had had an injury.
I knew there was no longer any actual injury there.
I was still having debilitating pain.
Read this book.
It's like he wrote it for me.
It started to be
the one of the early seeds that upended my relationship with medicine and my body.
And I've always had such respect for the work of Dr.
