And now to see you and see that there's there's no wavering there and you're glowing and it's completely different.
And I'm just so happy to see it.
Ah, thank you so much.
Can you tell us a little bit about the circumstances that led to us working together so many years ago?
It's funny because
Your story really highlights the paradox of this situation for me, because like me, you were put on the drugs at a time when you were going through something that
was certainly significant at the time, but
perhaps in hindsight didn't warrant full blown psychiatric medication.
But once you're in it, you're in it, right?
And it's very difficult because on the one hand,
We're talking about getting off these drugs and how these drugs so negatively affect the body.
And so the idea is that okay, you want to get off of them so you're not having this net negative effect.
And yet they're so powerful that for a certain subset of people.
It seems close to impossible or the amount of time it's gonna take to
actually get the body to recover, at least at this point, we don't have any tools to help move that process along.
So then you end up stuck in this paradox of, okay, well, how do we what do we do?
And I think that's where your story ends up, which is, you know, almost like the drugs can become a necessary evil and you gotta kinda take it one day at a time and decide how to move forward.
Me too.
Oh, well, thank you so much for for sharing that.
And I hope being able to tell your story a little bit brings you even more closure and peace.
