It's just like there's so many things that we're afraid to let people into because
Of the shame.
And truly that's just it.
It's not because we don't want to.
It's 'cause well what will that say about me kind of thing.
And it's gonna happen over and over again in your life, right?
Like truly, like we can be say we can say these things now, but who knows in ten years what we might still you know, what little piece of shame or what little piece of doubt is gonna creep back in and it's it's it's an an ongoing journey, which I hope is encouraged encouraging to somebody listening because
We don't have it all figured out.
Like we we truly don't, right?
Like and we never will.
And it's it's a journey every single day to to be better and to understand and to listen.
But we fall short.
Yeah.
I feel like Mark and I had this conversation a couple podcasts ago where we are talking about taking um
taking suitcases out of our closet, right?
He was just like, There's some people you take out the small, like carry on baggage, but you always leave the like checked baggage in the closet, right?
The big ones.
And
I feel like it's one of those things where there's so much shame thrown on top of it and you know, i it's just a phase, right?
