Well, I think that as long as they can hang around the 500 mark and then get healthy after that.
But, you know, there's a lot of pressure being put on the guys getting healthy.
And you look at today's lineup and it's pretty good.
I mean, when Ernie Clement is batting seventh.
that's, to me, a good sign for that lineup because that's where he should be hitting.
But, you know, having to move these guys around, move them up in the order, has never been a good thing.
But when you look at the guys that they're expecting to come back and help, Addison Barger and Alejandro Kirk, Barger is hitting .045 so far, 1 for 22, and Kirk is hitting .150, 3 for 20.
So there's not going to be a miracle there.
where they come back in the lineup and provide what's needed.
But, yeah, in terms of where they are at two games under .500, any team that's going to make the postseason needs to at least go through the five-man rotation winning those five games.
And the Jays' longest win streak is four so far, so they haven't even done that.
Got a long way to go, but things are looking up.

Consider this stat for the last 13 games.
They're 8-5 in the last 13 games.
They're 8-0 when allowing two runs or fewer to an opponent, and they're 0-5 when allowing three runs or more.
Three runs, that's not a lot of runs.
They need to be winning games 6-4, 6-5, and they haven't won a game where they've allowed four runs since May 2nd.
So it's a struggle, and you talked about the defense and the importance of the defense.
