First of all, do you want the business to be here or here?

You know, do you want the global business or the local business?

If you want the global business, is that you're prepared to make that sacrifice or do you need someone else to be able to make that sacrifice?

It's really tough.

And they're the sorts of decisions that you need to spend a lot of time with your you with your partner family talking about.

And it's becomes a choice where ultimately sometimes that choice is one that is not made by you, it's made collectively by the family.

And so that's an important journey as well.

So when I moved to New York I I commuted for two years, um and

You know, the family wanted to make sure I was absolutely sure this is what we wanted to do.

And so there was a bit of a testing period, and that that has a cost as well because you're constantly jet lagged while you're traveling.

But it also demonstrates to family that this is actually something you're really serious about.

You've built the foundations, there's you know, the risk profile of them all moving over is a lot less.

So there are ways that you can do it, but it does require a massive commitment, both personally, physically.

Physically in every sort of uh dimension.

Yeah.

It's not just you individually.

You're all

You're all in.

You've got to be all in if you wanna make something like that work at that level.

Well, I think that's not so much you know, I don't like to fly economy class around the world.
