He didn't score very much in a league that doesn't have the toughest comp.
So he needs to get better.
I don't you know, I've seen some people talk about there's some there's a little bit more there.
I don't know that there's a ton more there.
He doesn't shoot the puck great where I think he's going to what I think he's going to do is he's going to score enough using his off puck skills being above the puck.
Be with his reach, forechecking, taking pucks off other players' sticks and transitioning, that type of thing.
He's got some vision on his passing that looks interesting to me, but that's really the next step here for this year in the USHL.
Next year, I think he's going to Boston College, I think.
You know, work on those two things.
But just as a projectable player as a pro, no doubt with his size, his skating, and his hockey sense, he projects quite easily as a pro.
This is another one of these really good bets by this management team.
Whether it works out or not, who knows?
But I just really like the bat.
So this is a mature guy, more mature guy, 29 years old, I think, who is going to play left wing.
Brings a very heavy shot, like very heavy, and certainly can score at the AHL level as he's proven.
I tend to agree with you.
He does not jump off the page for me in terms of his skating.
That said, I have people who tell me who watch Eastern AHL games closer than I do.
I've only seen him 10, 11 times that he's good enough.
and he's probably an ideal slot for the fourth line of an NHL team.
