I mean, the other part that's kind of interesting to me on this is
is I had a story that go up on The Athletic this morning about just how good is he actually, right?
Because we started doing some of the reporting on this part was like, man, this guy was the most coveted guy in the portal.
He's pretty big, he's got a strong arm, and he moves well.
And part of this reporting was going into like, okay, he's going to go on the supplemental draft because he's not going to be able to be eligible in college football anymore.
And so I talked to coaches who faced them, coaches who've been around them, all sorts of things.
And the evaluation is interesting because there's, there's impressive physical tools in terms of arm strength, in terms of running ability and size.
But he's also a guy, and this came up when I talked to a personnel director in the Big 12 yesterday, who was like, I watched every game he played the last two years.
He's like 0-9 in November games.
He completely, you know, the intangibles piece is missing.
And you watch him and you're like, okay, I didn't think he was going to be able to elevate his game to go, you know, to lead Texas Tech to a national title.
They made the playoff last year.
Their quarterback wasn't good enough.
And then they got shut out by Oregon in the playoff, like 24 to nothing.
And, well, was this guy going to be better?
This person I talked to yesterday was like...
You think he's going to be better now with all this stuff he's dealing with mentally, all the scrutiny he's facing now, and all the scrutiny he's going to face if he actually gets on the field and plays?
I mean, and this guy used an interesting example.
