to 10% to 90% for a cure rate.
The administration wants to reduce transmission of HIV by 75% in the next years.
I'm sorry, the next five years and 90% in the next 10 years.
It plans to target hotspots for increased funding, use data to track infection rates more closely and create local task forces for education and outreach.
