I can understand kind of why Florida – first of all, I think that Florida gets a bad rap, like the Florida man thing.

Now there's a whole show on HBO called It's Florida Man.

And part of the reason why Florida gets all of these wild stories is because of the public access.

As soon as you're arrested in Florida and the officer writes a report and files that report, which is usually within 24 hours of you being arrested, sometimes much quicker, it goes up in the system and then anybody can see it as long as you know where to look, right?
