The challenge for us, frankly, is we're on the higher side of cost on purpose.
We want great people and they're not cheap.
So we have to go up in the market with their price.
And today we're kind of known as that premium player because of it.

And the key, the operative word there is ideal.

Yeah, our account management layer is very expensive and very important to the success of our business.
We put that in there, too, because it's definitely a cost of goods sold.
Yeah, we're averaging about 1200 resumes a month that come in.
Now, the folks that actually work with our clients, they're contractors.
And then we have our own corporate team here in Metro Atlanta.
That's our employees.

About less than 2%.
Less than 2%.
You know, for the seven years that we've been in business, we've just maintained the best we can with the relationships we have in place.
And our happy clients seem to fortify around that.
We've been intentional not to go out and raise capital.
Our growth rate has been very manageable.
