Yeah, I thought the jumper looked smooth on and off the ball.
Had a really nice shot fake, one dribble, three-pointer against a closeout.
The jumper is just so compact and pure.
Has ball manipulation finishes at the rim.
He took a smaller defender into the mid-post and isolated.
He just looks so composed, under control.
He looked ready for the NBA.
And again, I try not to overreact to these things, but this is what we're doing.

So these were my thoughts as I watched him play.
And so I think you mentioned the ceiling.
I think the ceiling with Burries comes from, can he play more on ball, right?
Like I would call Burries more of a combo guard right now.

60 40 point guard shooting guard or shooting guard point guard i would have said shooting guard point guard if he can shift that into like hey he can really play as your primary initiator not just a secondary second side creator or something like that that's what raises his ceiling and i thought he was really good at summer league the other player i will mention who i also don't think is a point guard but just initiated all of the cavaliers offense was malik thomas
Like Malik Thomas was just doing everything for the Cavaliers.
And a lot of it was coming on the ball.
In fairness, I said Kingston Flemings and I said, Brayden Smith, they just weren't as impressive of the two guys.
I actually wanted to talk like I wanted it to be file on like truthfully, like file on is what I wanted the answer to be.
