Been no call-ups by the Edmonton Oilers now that the Bakersfield season's over.
However, now that the Oilers have touched down in California, SoCal, this would be obviously a
easier time and an easier place to make an announcement so something could happen by the time bob is on the air at 5 35 this afternoon but we'll wait we'll see we'll see how far we go with this

I've been hearing a lot of rumbles here in the last two days about what happened at the conclusion of the last game in Anaheim with obviously the goal-non-goal thing.
I think most people would agree the puck crossed the line, but you can't say 100% because...

Jeff Merrick brought up a great point, and I've heard this one before about having a secondary line.
Have you heard that one?
A secondary line behind the goal line.
And the space between the goal line and the edge of the second line is just enough for the puck to go through.
So if that puck is touching the second line, you know it's over the original goal line.
