Um, you know, we actually had a comment in uh the events where someone said, well, as you know, even though it's annoying, it does help to create the link when LinkedIn limits, it helps to create better habits.
However, this is one that I disagree with.
Generally, I would say yes.
But I would if I were LinkedIn.
force the free people to put a message in every single inst every single connection request.
Because now there's transparency instead of
just uh random connections.
So if we were to be asked about our opinion on this particular limitation, I think it's backwards.
I think everyone with a free account should be forced to put in a message.

Yeah, so I love starting there, but and I just gonna kinda yes hand what you just said because the topic today is how to personalize that outreach.
It's really
When you send that connection request.
They should know who you are if you can't have a message.
They should see you.
The you should be on their radar in some way or another, that you are not completely a stranger in this outreach.
And so even though we can't necessarily personalize the connection requests.
There are some things that we could do to get on their radar.
uh prior to that connection request so that when it does come in without a message, we're not completely cold.
So I love that we start with profile and really when you visit someone's profile
