You know, either hobbies for some of the owners or that was their moneymaker.
You know, I I think Jerry really wanted it to be more of a family oriented you know, organization and he he made that point clear from from day one.
And he also hired the people to do their jobs.
You know, he hired Jerry West to be the general manager, make decisions.
He didn't, you know, go behind his back or go and, you know, say, no, no, no, we're not doing this.
He hired these guys to do their job and he allowed them to do their jobs, you know.
So uh he was just first of all very unique owner.
Um, still to me one of the best owners in any sport that you can imagine.
Um and he and he treated all us the same.
He treated every player the same.
You know, he treated
Uh you know, magic no different than he treated Wes Matthews.
I mean he he would come in the locker room and he talked to everybody.
He was one of the most sh
You know, humble owners that I've ever met.
And I think he would love for that to be the way they continued this organization.
Uh, from this point on.
But obviously they got some some things they gotta
figure out.
