For the general part of owners, I don't think it's as important to build the type of relationship that Dr.

Buss built when he had the Lakers back with the players.

And with the with the players, with the employees.

It was everybody.

You know, Mary Lou, who you remember Oh

mom.

Mary Lou, who was the secretary for the Lakers back in the day, was like everybody's mom.

I mean like everybody's mom.

You can go to her and talk to talk to her about everything and she gonna tell you the straight up truth too.

You know what I'm saying?

So you don't have that type of connection in these organizations like we did back in those days.

And I think that's the thing that's missing.

Those organizations back in those days were organizations that were built on family, you know, type uh type things and they wanted to make it as close knit as possible.

They wanted to make everybody feel important.

It's more corporate now.

I I'm I'm a disagree a little bit. 'Cause I I know Owes he he's right as far as it's all about winning, but I don't think these guys today think like that.

It's all about that money.

Bruh, they come in this lead, it's all about trying to get their money.
