It seems like the public has,
taken sides as prosecutor and defendant in this.
And they are arguing this out with absolutely no merit in either way.
We don't know what happened.
So we can't accuse people of a crime that we don't know has been committed.
That is basic.
That is so, so basic.
That's not to say that an investigation, as you and I have talked about the last time I was on the show with you, the investigation from law enforcement and even an independent investigation, if that's what the family wants, needs to happen.
But people are sitting here trying this homicide case in the public sphere, thinking that they know best and they're completely unrelated to the case.
And it's just it's so dangerous for the people they're accusing.
It's so dangerous if we do find out down the line something happened that
all of this will be in the public sphere, making it even more difficult to get an impartial jury.
It's just so messy.
People need to wait for the facts.
These boys seem to have been Nolan's best friends.
That he was on the boat.
It's a big jump there.
It's a pretty big jump.
And based on everything that has been said, if the phone is on the boat, of course, no one's going to answer.
