And then beyond the coronavirus and the pandemic, I think inflation is weighing on investors' minds.
You know, we've seen several surveys recently that indicated that prices for consumers are rising.
And there are also concerns that maybe growth is slowing in the economy.
And so, you know, with a rising inflation environment and low growth,
is something that's of a concern.
And then beyond that, I think that investors are very antsy about what the Federal Reserve will do and when they will begin tightening monetary policy.
Everyone is kind of on high alert whenever Fed officials speak to try to get some clues about that.
So I think you could argue that we saw some of that traditional alignment happen on Monday when we saw stocks sell off so sharply.
But in terms of the calendar beyond that, you know, we're in the thick of earnings season.
And I think all investors are trying to figure out right now.
I've talked to investors who are saying, you know, how much can we keep rewarding stocks for rewarding companies for really strong earnings results when we have stocks already at such high levels?
And then in terms of the economy and those economic indicators, I think people are just going to continue to watch any kind of inflation readings.
We have some housing data out later this week that will be of interest to a lot of investors just because of the craziness that we've been seeing in the housing market.
So I think the next few months will be really pivotal to try to figure out the landscape for the markets.
And it'll be interesting to see if this bullish sentiment continues throughout that.
