Like that's how I kind of got into it was sort of a segue with those things.
I mean, I I think that I I think early on I kind of realized I didn't want to be a software engineer.
Like I I I mean, I ended up being a software engineer at JP Morgan, like after college, but still hadn't trading adjacent role with it.
But like I was never like really strong for like wanting to be a software engineer in big tech.
Um I didn't feel a lot of pressure.
I I found my niche pretty early on, which I was really grateful for that I would go into into finance with my tech degree.
Um but I I think like
I think there was a lot of pressure that I felt because I was at a non target school in finance, like for what I wanted to go into.
Like
Loyola was not particularly maybe the place that a lot of firms were recruiting from for front office roles or you know it's via trader or quant or anything.
And actually, fun fact, in my role at Bank of America, I was the only one on my team without a master's degree.
And I think it was because they wanted more software engineers who have that.
um who actually understand how to code and implement the strategies.
Um and so that was why
I mean, I think that was maybe one of the core reasons why I had gotten the role.
But yeah, I think I felt a lot of pressure to like
