And I think it takes a very long time to get to that mindset.

But I think that's that's very crucial.

I think I think you have to find the right people to sub that to be supportive of you and who also like validate your thought process and respect you.

Not everybody's gonna respect you.

And that can be men or women too.

I mean

Um a lot of my career mentors, I've had some amazing female mentors over the year, but I've I've also had really amazing, um really amazing guys that I've worked with too that have been supportive.

So like

You know, definitely definitely have people in your corner who like champion you.

That's so important.

You can't just go through all of this on your own.

Um, always like tell people things too.

I think we keep a lot of things sort of to ourselves and yeah, especially this is a relatively pretty introverted industry too.

Like there's a lot of a lot of us are kind of kept to ourselves and like I don't think that always serves you.

I think if you have an amazing idea, you know, tell someone about it.

Or if you need to like, you know, tell somebody about something maybe weird going on, like, hey, this is concerning.

Like you you just you have to have the confidence to speak up.

But yeah, I I think

I think when I started working in the industry like ten years ago, there were no other like women that I really like had to kind of like look up to and who else had done this.
