Supervisor Laterno for recognizing the obvious, which is, um,

You know, sometimes these projects are in the CIP for a while, and I understand some of the discussion that's been made here in terms of trying to prioritize things.

But some of these have been in the CIP for a while, and a lot of communities participate, for example, in this corridor study and have been waiting for this.

that we have funding in the CIP, there's a discussion about removing and I think that's a big mistake and a really bad precedent to set.

Just to reiterate with staff, there has been at least one fatality at this intersection, is that correct?

And it's a priority two in the corridor study?

And that is the highest, is one being the highest or?

So second most important from one being the most important all the way down to five being the least important in terms of the corridor study?
