well, he's a future power play one guy.

He's so skilled.

He's 6'2".

He's a right-handed defender.

It's like, okay, then why doesn't he score much?

Like, why doesn't he produce, right?

Like, to me, that's a concern.

There's a lot of guys like Pavel Minchukov with the Anaheim Ducks who have all the skill in the world when you watch them play, but he's never going to be a power play one guy in the NHL.

He just doesn't score enough.

Like, he's just not actually an elite offensive guy.

Like, Chase Reed's another guy whose profile leaves me a bit cold.

So...

You know, these are things you have to weigh and make decisions about.

But I think it's important to note when a guy crushes it at a lower level or doesn't, right?

Like, I do think that's information that you can't just discount.

You need to use all of it, put it in a blender and make the best possible decision.

For me, anyway, Malhotra is like a fine third overall pick.

Probably not who I'd be advocating for the Canucks to take there.

That said, you know, passing on Stenberg to pick Caleb Malhotra, like that would scare me like that.

That would leave me very cold.
