You know, like many coaches have those, even the best of the best.

And you're like, okay, how is that edge going to,

be exposed in a situation like that but again it is what ben's superpower is and it is as i've said a number of times like he's just got this special blend of understanding the game and having this vision that he can communicate the communication skills are at a high level and then this drive and you know press taylor said something earlier this year i think it was with jeff joniak where he said he just has a desire to achieve that's unlike anything i've ever been around

And I thought that was a great way to say it because it's just a guy that every single day wants to get something done.

We should all try to live like that.

But I don't think anybody is quite wired the way Ben is in that regard to just put the foot on the gas and go.

And we'll see how, again, how he managed that over time.

And if you want, and I imagine the story holds up perfectly at this moment, Dan, you wrote a whole story last year about Ben Johnson and his wanting to embarrass teams, right?

And sort of what we're talking about, his whole demeanor, right?

I mean, you wrote that in The Athletic right at the beginning of last season.

Right at the beginning of the year, yeah.

There was another little bit at the end of last season as we're going to the playoffs.

You clearly understand why it resonates with Caleb, with other guys in the locker room.

They see the consistency of Ben's demeanor and they respond to that.

They see the intensity and what it is.

the reasons for it.

Right.

Like, and it is, it is singularly focused as Montez sweat told us last week, it's all about winning at all times.

And if it doesn't relate or connect to winning, then it doesn't matter to Ben.

And like that, I think is the charm.
