It's probably not all title inflation. matched

I mean, 2021, we were still coming out of a pandemic. matched

Businesses have gotten better at their intern to full time hire process. matched

But certainly one part of this is just rebranding these jobs. matched

They're still entry level jobs for people who only have a few years of experience or less, but we're now calling them senior level roles. matched

One thing to keep in mind is that you can negotiate your job title. matched

We usually think most about negotiating the pay first, which makes good sense. matched

But the title is sometimes open to negotiation as well, especially right now as a lot of companies are focusing on efficiency. matched

They're really watching their payrolls closely. matched
